July 08, 2009 it was the birthday of my step father Raymond, the husband of my mother.
Raymond passed away 7 months ago at the age of 58 years old
(November 22, 2008)

Each year for his birthday Raymond made a special high fine French cuisine.

Raymond was a Canadian, but as a professor, he made an exchange with a French teacher. And for 1 year he has lived in France, where he met my mother, in November 1979(And for the story my mother followed him in Canada)

Raymond was in love with French food and French vine

In his memories, my mother this year, had ordered a special menu to the restaurant "The Tartuffe".

A Chef Cook and a "Maitre d'hôtel " came at home with the Meal.

It was a very wonderful experience. The 2 guys were very kind and very pleasant, the plates were awesome.

I was afraid it will be posh, but not at all. It was just perfect

I hope Raymond somewhere was able to see us reunited again around marvelous colored and delicious food as always at this time of the year.
